In this book, we will be going back in time and exploring the history of our glorious corporation!

The Nanotrasen Corporation started out as a small, local business in the capitol city of the newly forming colony on Mars in 2279 CE.
Our specialty was gene therapy, working on cloning our customers and helping fix any flaws in their genetic code. Our breakthroughs in medicine were
nothing short of revolutionary - with our help, we had managed to cure many genetic diseases and disabilities among our clientele.
However, our work would not stop at working in genetics.

In 2384 CE, phoron was discovered by a scientist on Luna, and Nanotrasen was one of the first to take advantage of this incredible new mineral!
This event, known widely as the Orange Rush, helped boost our glorious corporation into the limelight as we started to discover a staggering amount of uses for phoron.
Nanotrasen, contrary to popular belief, was actually the company to name the Orange Rush, as most of the mining facilities for phoron had sprung up on our homeplanet of Mars.
With our rapid growth, many companies sought to follow in our footsteps. While they may have failed, it was not uncommon for them to sell themselves to our business.
This caused us to develop a reputation for capitalizing upon other's hard work, which is incredibly untrue. Massive amounts of corporate espionage resulted in companies
releasing products that were truly Nanotrasen works before we even had the opportunity to release them. Such slander, however, was quickly stomped out by the truth, starting
when Nanotrasen released the Protecting Truth Act of 2432 CE, also known as the PTA. With the law of our territories defending our employees from vile misrepresentation,
Nanotrasen-controlled settlements would find a new era of truth and honesty.

Nowadays, we are the largest corporation in the galaxy, a beautiful interstellar state of our own!
Our modern day specialty is, of course, research. Whether it be on phoron, genetics, or even the reality-distorting nature of bluespace.
